I have many customers with celiac who have eaten my bread for years with no issue. All flours I use are certified gluten free and products are made in a fully gluten-free kitchen.
With that said, I take your health very seriously, and want to note that while I take every precaution that I can, I am unable to guarantee there hasn’t been cross-contamination along the way, especially along the distribution chain with flour transportation (i.e. bags of GF flour transported next to gluten flour).

Loaves are best eaten fresh or sliced & frozen within 4 days. Store at room temp on the counter in a paper, plastic or waxed bread bag, cut side down. To freeze, slice first then store in a freezer bag. Just pop in the toaster oven to defrost and enjoy! Hot Tip: many people slice and freeze half the loaf on the day they receive it, and eat the other half fresh over the next few days!
