Strawberry Oat Crumble Bar

THIS WEEK’S FLAVOR: Strawberry

Essentially a fruit crumble, but in a bar! This week’s flavor is one of my favorite combinations, sweet & slightly tart strawberries with chamomile flowers. It makes me think of being outside at a late afternoon picnic on a warm summer day… a nice little daydream in the cold dark of winter!
