Morning buns are a common breakfast staple in Scandinavia, often served on weekends with butter, cheese & jam. They’re crusty on the outside and pillowy-soft on the inside, and rolled in grains or seeds for texture. My version is made with teff flour that’s nutrient dense and brings a beautiful light brown color and earthy flavor to the rolls, which are rolled in oats before baking. Sold in a pack of four.
