Roasted Potato & Green Garlic Savory Scone

A seasonally changing savory version of our beloved scones, highlighting vegetables and herbs from local farm partners (or whatever was frozen or preserved from the summer’s harvest!).

This month features my springtime favorite, green garlic. Only available for a short time, they are tender garlic plants harvested before the bulbs have formed underground and scapes have sprouted from their tops. I slow cook the green garlic in olive oil and paired with roasted potatoes and a bit of red pepper for this special spring scone.
